Charlotte Cummings
Experience
Charlotte Cummings has 15 years experience in the charitable sector. This has included providing clinical leadership of mental health services and holding senior management roles. In these roles she has responsibility for health and safety, policy development, risk management, complaints processes and leading critical incident response.
Qualifications
Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English and Sociology, a Bachelor of Counselling, a Certificate in Supervision for Human Services, and a Post Graduate Diploma of Health endorsed in Mental Health with Distinction. She has completed a range of other leadership focussed courses, and is a Gallup StrengthsFinder coach. She has also completed training in trauma informed care. Charlotte has significant 1:1 counselling experience and is a full member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors, and abides by the association’s Code of Ethics.
